Our Two-part Design Build Agreement - is designed to offer clients control, as there is no upfront commitment to construction. Part-one is the Interactive Design Phase where the design, scope, specifications and pricing are clearly defined. Once the client is comfortable with – well, everything – we proceed to part-two, the Construction Phase.

First - we’ll engage in a process to learn more about your functional requirements and aesthetic preferences. Then, we’ll prepare Design Drawings to Identify, Review and help you decide on Planning, Scope, Quality and Budget Options. We’ll help you in the Selection of Materials and Products. And prepare Final Design Drawings and a Final Budget based on your selections and approvals.

Pre-Construction
To facilitate predictability, we’ll meet to review the overall and daily schedule, access and staging and storage areas. Per your scheduling preferences - we’ll finalize the start date and work will be continuous until complete in a timely manner. We’ll present a certificate of insurance – indicating that you (and your HOA if applicable) will be additionally insured under relevant insurance policies.
During Construction
Our on-site workers will be considerate and courteous. They will treat your home with respect and protect non-work areas from dust, damage and drips. They will keep the work area clean and safe. You’ll be updated continuously – so you’re always in the know.
